The story

Jeremy grew up in a household where exotic animals were simply part of life. His father, a veterinarian, bred rare parrots; the care, observation, and deep respect for living creatures that defines Zoo Concierge Co. today began long before any business existed. That foundation shaped everything that followed.

Over the decades, Jeremy built a body of experience that spans reptile breeding, reef and cichlid aquariums, poison dart frogs, and the interior plant world. He owned and operated Fish 'N' Lizard, a specialty pet shop that cemented his reputation as someone who takes exotic animal husbandry seriously. He became the first person in Canada to successfully breed the veiled chameleon (Chamaeleo calyptratus), a milestone that required years of patient, precise work.

Zoo Concierge Co. exists because that knowledge deserves a proper home. Clients across Southern Ontario now have access to care that is grounded in decades of real-world expertise, not a weekend certification.

How we work

Every engagement with Zoo Concierge Co. is built on three principles: proper documentation, clear agreements, and prepaid billing. Our ZCC CamCare system provides clients with live remote access to their animals during vacation care visits and full video documentation of every aquarium maintenance call, via a loaner security camera, GoPro body-cam, and dashcam footage. There is nothing like it in Ontario. Combined with signed service agreements and retainer or prepaid billing, it means every client relationship begins with complete transparency and stays that way.
